Your First Visit
Imagine having all the time you need to discuss your health concerns with a professional. Your first visit to Zenquility allows us time to get acquainted, discuss your goals for coming to Zenquility, and take the first steps toward meeting those goals
- Before your appointment you'll complete a health assessment profile, which I will carefully review in advance.
- During the first part of your visit, we'll discuss your goals and any concerns or questions you may have. You'll receive a personalized health report outlining a suggested plan for us to meet your health goals together, as well as ideas that can put your health back in your own hands.*
- During the second part of the visit, you'll receive a one-hour session of the service of your choice.
Please allot 2 hours for this session.
Fee for the first visit (consultation and one-hour service): $150
