Crystal Net
A crystal net is an arrangement of crystals (a.k.a gemstones or rocks) in an energetic grid. The selection of stones and their placement vary according to the intention of the net. You lie in the middle of the crystal arrangement and meditate or simply rest and let the energy flow. | |
| May be appropriate for: | The indications of crystal nets are numerous and almost endless. Here are some examples:
Overall I suggest to approach crystal nets with a sense of playful curiosity and see what they do for you. |
| What to expect: | There are several crystal nets to choose from. Select the net that matches a personal intention you've been working with. These three documents are available to help you understand the nets better: (Some of the nets described in these documents are not yet available. The full list of available crystal nets is available when you schedule online.) Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Some people say that wearing all white is best, but that's not always practical. You'll lie on the table and breathe deeply to relax. I will start the session by arranging the crystals and guiding you into a meditative state. Then I'll step out of the room (unless you've added the Reiki upgrade) and leave you to meditate for about 20 minutes. At the end of that time, I'll return to remove the crystals and reground your energy. After you come out of the healing room, it's recommended that you sit on the sofa to sip some water and gather your senses for about 10 minutes. Crystal net energy can be strong, and you don't want to jump into your car right after a session. |
| You might also like to know: | I started offering crystal nets after a reading that I received at Terra Christa in Vienna, VA. During that reading I was guided to work more with crystals and specifically to read the book Crystal Doorways by Simon & Sue Lilly. I tested them out before offering them professionally and found them to be very powerful and helpful. |
