Policies & Procedures
Here are the policies for the services offered at Zenquility. For products, please consult the policies put forth by the manufacturers, Shaklee and Young Living.
Scheduling Appointments
You can schedule appointments online or by phone. You'll receive an email confirmation that includes the address and a link to the intake form.
Appointment Times
You will find that Zenquility practitioners are generous with time, allowing for gentle transition from the outside world before starting the official session time. Please plan extra time for intake and checkout and let us know upon arrival if you have time constraints.
You may typically arrive early or stay late to relax, browse the Lending Library, or use the Chakra Therapy System. (Early morning appointments are asked not to arrive early, and evening clients may not be able to stay late.)
Arriving Late
Sessions are scheduled to avoid overlap between clients, so please plan to arrive on time. If you're running more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, please call ahead if you can do so safely. We'll do our best to give you your full time, schedule permitting, and we reserve the right to charge for the full session even if we had to cut it short.
Rescheduling, Cancelling, and No-shows
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact Zenquility as soon as possible. We don't charge a cancellation fee, because they don't work anyway; we just ask for courtesy and appropriate notice whenever possible.
If you no-show for an appointment, please call after the fact if you can. We'll try to call you if you don't call first, to check that you're OK and help you reschedule.
If you repeatedly cancel or no-show, we may recommend some places that might suit your schedule better.
Inappropriate Conduct
No inappropriate conduct, including sexual behavior or language, will be tolerated. If the staff feels that you're being inappropriate, your session will be terminated and you will be expected to pay for the portion of the services that you have received. It's also unlikely that you'll be welcomed back.
Payment
Full payment is expected when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Cash or check is preferred; Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are also accepted. In-kind payment (bartering) is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Because we are committed to your satisfaction, we ask that you speak up during your appointment if something needs to be corrected or improved. If nothing is mentioned during the session, then full payment is expected at checkout. No refund will be given for services rendered.
Clients occasionally report feeling tired, sore, or (in their opinion) worse then when they came in. This is usually part of the healing process (sometimes called a "healing crisis") and not the result of poor service. If this happens, we do encourage you to call so that we can guide you through it; however, we will not issue a refund or a free follow-up session to remedy the situation.
The refund policy for products is governed by the respective manufacturer.
